New Shoes

I just got these shoes from Marshall's:

Aerosoles Katapult Sandal
They were pretty cheap; only $30.  I'm not sure if I should keep them though, they are kind of high and might not classify as semi-formal?  I don't know, in real life the shoes seem a little mature and not really fit for a spring event.  What do you think?

i think half the trouble of wearing heels/wedges is feeling confident in them! if you dont think you'll feel comfortable or appropriate, i'd return them. otherwise, i think they're a great shape and they look like they'd be easy to walk in!

ooh nice find! Definitely a little more formal and mature, but I think they'd actually look fun with a floral like dress. The contrast would be amazing.

S. Elisabeth and Jean-Pierre MATTEI: Yes, a bit formal, but I hoped to set that off with the buckles, but it still looks not quite semi-formal. The insole is padded with something fuzzy though, so I think it might be too warm to walk in for 3 hours in 85 degree F weather.
